While I always did sports from a young age, the first true step of my physical training journey came not long after I turned 16 years old, when I signed up at the local gym.
Over a decade later, I have experimented with and taken wisdom from multiple training disciplines including powerlifting, bodybuilding, and calisthenics. Naturally, I have developed a wide lens approach to training, utilizing a mixed tool kit to achieve excellent results for both myself and others.
Using my experience, I strive to empower others with the knowledge to take control of their potential, and create a more fulfilling life for themselves and those around them – just as I have done.

During this consultation, I will answer any questions you have related to health, training etc. We will discuss your goals, and what actionable steps you can take to achieve them. Our initial correspondence will be via email where I will arrange a time to meet with you via Google Meets.

After our initial consultation, I will supply you a 4-week plan that is tailored specifically to you. It will contain training, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance in a simple and digestible format (pdf document). Regardless of your skill level, dietary requirements, or any other personal circumstance, I will help you to pave a path towards your goals. We will have check-in call at the end of each week to review your progress and make changes if required.
